Hello Iuri Yudi Furukita Baptista, Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you are not satisfied with the print result. I have looked at your print data and found that the resolution was not correct and pixelation was present in the file. I therefore ask for your understanding that we cannot issue a refund in this case. However, I would be happy to assist you with creating the print data for your next order. Just send me a quick note by email to: info@flyeralarm.se You may also find this checklist on creating print data helpful: https://www.flyeralarm.com/blog/se/enkelt-att-skapa-tryckdata-kompakt-checklista/ I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards, Stefan from the FLYERALARM team
